In the ancestral tradition these teachings were based upon divine “duality”; two opposed principles which actually complement each other in a harmonious way, like the Sun and the Moon, life and death, day and night, masculine and feminine.
At Willka Wasi this duality was also represented by the sacred couple: Willka Amautha Willakoq Inka (Sacred Inka High Priest) and Sapan Mamakona Inka (Inka High Priestess).
They were charged with guiding the initiates towards their spiritual evolution, based on a duality which was the creator of life, thereby ensuring that this knowledge would continue through time and eternity. They led peaceful and harmonious lives, both in their inter-personal relationships and in the balanced relationship with Mother Nature.
Today this ancestral and sacred dual conception is present in our Willka Wasi and available to the entire community.
